• Engineering Standards: We utilize Manual J load calculations and Manual D duct design for all installations to ensure precision performance.

• Diagnostics: Our $99 Precision Tune-Up and diagnostic fees cover the use of advanced tools and combustion analysis. These fees are independent of repair costs unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Equipment Warranties: We specialize in Daikin technology. All equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and the homeowner’s adherence to annual maintenance requirements.

4. Punctuality & Regional Service Factors

We serve Missouri City, Sugar Land, Katy, and the Greater Houston area. While we provide fast, reliable diagnostics, Big League Air is not liable for delays caused by:

• Heavy Southeast Texas traffic (Hwy 6, Hwy 59, or Westpark Tollway congestion).
• Extreme Texas weather events (surging heatwaves or Gulf Coast chills) causing peak-volume demand.
• Manufacturer supply chain delays for specific multi-stage Daikin components or smart home hardware.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Texas law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered or as defined by our active insurance policies. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, mold, or electrical defects not included in our specific scope of HVAC stewardship.
